I Love this machine

"It is really nice to get a workout without putting any stress on my knees and hips. Since you just step up and start gliding without any noise, bouncing or jumping and in 20 mins, I have a great workout. I even recommended it to my parents because it is so easy to use. It folds up nicely and stores great too. I love this machine! :O)"

"I have been wanting a Gazelle for years now and I finally got one and could not be any happier! The directions were pretty basic to follow and all the tools you need come with it so that is nice. If you do not have the best knees around, this is a great way to get a good, fun workout without any knee pain."

"I bought this for my wife to replace a treadmill and a stationary bike.The space savings is immense and the glider is so easy to use. My wife is thrilled with the time spent and the way she is feeling as a result of using the glider. Thanks"

"Love this thing. I put it together in no time and it works great. Hard to get off of it long enough to write the review. If a 57 year old woman can put this together anyone can and the workout is easy but you can feel it working."

"Had trouble with the instructions. They weren't very clear. Also had trouble with the counter and the add on pieces for the frame. Other than that it's a great product. Easy to use and store, easy workout on the knees."

"If you have lost your curves and want them back, buy this!! I Love this machine!! The workout is little to no impact and on the ol' knees that is a must. Wear good shoes, your feet will hurt until you get used to it. This is a must have to get your curves back!!"

"I bought the gazelle because of bad knees and back trouble, I cant handle the pounding of running due to arthritis and disc trouble. The gazelle is certainly easy on the knees and back, it just doesn't provide any resistance at all. I could go as hard as possible for 30 minutes and barely raise my heart rate. Needs resistance!"

"I'll have to admit I was a little skeptical about this thing being all it's cracked up to be. After assembly I climbed on and "walked" about a mile. The machine definitely gave me a good workout with minimal impace to my diabetic feet and bad knees. It's also well-built and easy to put together."

Mechanical Background

"I would recommend the glider for a number of reasons, but only if it were already put together. You should have a mechanical background to put this together. There are many parts and screws(where do they all go)? It may have only taken Fingerhut's people 30 minutes, but It still isn't totally together. I was under the impression that it was all together. Not Fun."

I don't see how they could make assembly any simpler. You've got only a handful of bolts and all you have to do is basically connect the two sides together at top and bottom, and attach the handles.

"This Gazelle makes walking, no matter what the weather, or time of day, so easy on the knees, hips, & ankles! We have it set up in front of the TV, & instead of couch potatoes, we have become frenquent walkers! Love it!"
