not as good as it looks
"Thought this bed would help sleeping/back issues. I had the bed for 2 1/2 months before the middle of the bed started to come unribbed, so now we have a big air lump right where the buttock area is. Called the manufacturer and they are unwilling to do a refund, they instead want me to cut a patch with their logo on to replace the bed. I don't think replacing the bed is going to do any good."

back to the drawing board
"I really thought this mattress would solve our sleeping problems, and loved the features like the back rise and leg rise and remote control. However, my husband tried to sleep in it two nights and could'nt get out in the mornings, it looked like a life raft. I tried inflating, deflating....nothing worked. I sent it back and really wished we could have kept it. I thought it had support, but obviously not. We went back to our old air mattress and put extra cushioning on top."

Good, but could be better
"After approximately 10 days use, a VERY
good value for the money. A major plus is that it holds its air - not all items of this type do...
A few suggestions: 1. because of the bed surface type, internal air, floor temperature transferrence, etc., one gets a rather cold (and sticky) sensation on one's back and legs ... This is NOT the bed's fault, and can be cured by utilzing a heavy blanket, or even better an inexpensive comforter, folded to the actual sleeping area, as a base between the bed's surface and matress. I do not know if a heavy mattress alone will suffice: I have a 7" mattress pad and I still needed the comforter, which also helps pad the fold/crease areas of the bed.
2. TO THE MANUFACTURER: The pump works well, but is quite noisy. Some sort of muffling is in order.
I would like to see a feature where by a person could pre-set a minimum of 2 individually preferred positions - say one for watching TV, and a normal sleep position.

"I was disappointed with the way the bed slumped in the middle. Since the bed was kind of high, I guess that slump in the middle would prevent you from rolling off. I could not find any comfortable position at any air pressure. Looked great in the picture, but in reality I found it very uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to enjoying it. I am planning on sending it back. I am not new to air mattresses. This is the only one I have found fault with. Sorry for the bad review, but to me it is not worth the money."
