"I bought these for my wife because her 3 year old pair didnt have the shape up cushion anymore i mean it was worn down she loves the new show especially for her job she told me she could tell the difference since there clothe they will be good for summer so her feet could breathe not recommended for winter get the leather ones for it"

Disappointed with shoes

"Shoe size was not accurate. It was short and the quality of the shoe left something to be desired. Am very sorry that I tried them. Would love to return but unfortunatly, I have worned them to see if I liked them."

"I wore these to the mall the first time I put them on. I didn't have to warm up to them they were great. My ankle had even been hurting right before I got these and it felt much better when I wore these."

"I received my skechers and I couldn't stop walking. I read one of the reviews in the fingerhut on line account and order a pair.I will be buying another pair. But,you should get a half size then what you wear. I will never wear any other shoes for walking from this day on. I enjoy walking now more than ever.I will be telling everyone I know.

"I bought the Shape ups for work after a friend reccomended them. I am on my feet all day, so for me to say they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, is saying alot. I liked them so much I bought these to wear when I work out!"

"I bought a pair of these for myself a couple of months ago. They make me stand up straighter and are extremely comfortable. My legs don't ache after walking a lot in them, like my other shoes. My daughter tried them on and liked them so much, I had to get a pair for her! And, buying online, I got them for $10 less!"

Not What They Claim

"I bought these after a co-worker claimed to have lost 15 lbs wearing them. I was reluctant to ever buy them cause they looked so awkward, but I finally figured I'd give them a try. I wore them for work for 2 weeks. I do a lot of walking & standing at work. My feet hurt terrible the first 2 days I wore them. I did not lose any weight & did no see any improvement in my thighs, butt, or legs. I am 5'4" 130 lbs. I even tried using them on the treadmill when I work out, but found them clumsy to use. As for comfort after the first couple of days they were ok, but I much prefer the comfort of the Reebok Easy Tone's of which I have 2 pair & have worn for the last 6 months. I find that they also don't do what they claim, but they are more comfortable than the Skechers because of the cushiony air pods on the bottom & they aren't awkward or clumsy to walk in. Maybe both these shoes work for some people, they just didn't work for me."

"I am a big fitness junkie and i bought these shoes to kick it up a notch but they did not, however i give it 4 stars because they are very comfortable to wear but as far as toning your legs and gluts it does not, however i have been working out for 6yrs so maybe the person just starting out it would help but it definately does not make you lose anymore weight or increase muscle mass on me but well worth the buy for the comfort."

"This is my second pair of sketcher shape-ups, and I also bought a pair of shape up sandals. Both are extremely comfortable. Due to a medical condition I have poor balance and fall frequently. I have found the turned-up toe on the shape ups prevent me from tripping over the toes of my shoes and the shoes also help me with my balance issues. The sandals are just plain comfortable and didn't require any "breaking in". Both definately worth every penny spent!"

"I bought these sneakers for my fiance, who works as a cashier. I have bought many types of shoes for her to work in and at first they were alright but after a few days she would hate them. She has a persistent ankle and back problem so it was hard finding the right shoe but these did it. She loves them and they don't bother her ankle or back at all. She says they are very comfortable and supportive. She didn't break them in first like it is recommended but had no problem with them. Her only complaint was her calves started to tighten up after wearing them for about a week which means they are doing thier purpose and getting her legs into shape. Once the tightness went away she can only say they are great. I recommend these to anyone that is on thier feet alot during the day because if she loves them then there has to be something to them. She is now trying to get me to buy a pair for myself."

"These are extremely comfortable shoes to wear for walking. I am a marathon walker and do a lot of training. I have worn these shoes on some of my longer walks (8+miles), as well as my shorter (3-4 mile) walks and it is like walking on air. Very comfortable, and you can feel them working everytime you put them on. Highly recommend them for both the toning and comfort aspects."

"I originally hesitated on the price, but now that I have them they are well worth it! They are by far the most comfortable shoes i own. I walk at least 3 miles every day and these shoes make every step a pleasure. I highly recommend them."

"These are the best shoes I've EVER owned! I'm on my feet all day walking on concrete, and had issues with severe foot pain & fatigue. With these shoes I can't even tell I'm on concrete! I come home now still full of energy, & my foot pain is GONE! I've bought three more pairs in different colors, & my friends have seen what they did for me, so they are getting them also. They are a MIRACLE!"

"Three years ago I badly injured my back. After two discectomies and countless injections, I had given up on living without pain. As a music teacher I'm on my feet all day! I bought these shoes as a desperate attempt to help myself. It's just been two weeks and my lower back pain is easing off quickly! I can't believe it, but they actually work! Just bought my second pair :-)"
